  • See You On The Other Side

    This blog is now archived and closed. I can't believe I wrote here for 6+ years.
    I'll set it aside. Maybe my Sons will want to read it someday.
    Thanks for all your support, comments, friendships. I appreciate them all.
     I will continue to write on Facebook.
    If I start writing anywhere else, my FB friends will know where to find me.
    For right now, one place is enough. I have a lot of healing work to do.

  • I shall miss you here, dear heart. Change is inevitable however and different times call for different measures. For me, this is a more broad venue for thought and heart. FB, while fun in some ways, generally seems rather trite and minimal. Perhaps I've not scratched the right places.

  • I haven't really written on Xanga in a long while. Not in depth like I used to, under a couple different names! Waja3, Algaliarept, Queenpicky, etc. I hope to see you on FB! :)

  • I understand completely and have come to the same decision...but for different reasons.

    It just takes a lot of time.

    I still enjoy writing but....I no longer wish to continue revealing my thoughts and my life to "strangers" and I would go "protected" but worry about leaving some out and I refuse to pay.

    You are always in my thoughts and prayers and I do keep up with you on FB.

    In fact, you started your Xanga just a short time before I did and we have been Xanga friends since we started. ...

  • Thanks Christine for your kind congrats for our 50th anniversary.

    I am sorry you leave Xanga just when I desactivated my facebook ( today ) . I prefer xanga that is a real blog system . And I think facebook is invading all the Internet system . It becomes dangerous.

    I have reactivated my facebook yesterday (to be informed of what is running there ) but I don' t use it . Too much superficial.
